Is there an age limit to join KeepWells health insurance plans?
There is no age limit for the Keep Simples plan. For Keep Mais and Keep Top, the maximum enrolment age is 65.
What is a waiting period in health insurance?
The waiting period is the time between the start of your insurance policy and when you can begin to use certain coverages and network discounts. You can start using Keep Simples immediately, as it has no waiting period. Some coverages in the Keep Mais and Keep Top plans have waiting periods:
• Inpatient: 90 days for most medical procedures. Exceptions are specified in the policy conditions.
• Childbirth: 365 days.
• Outpatient tests (included in Keep Top): 90 days.
What is Cartão Continente?
Cartão Continente is a free card that allows you to earn and redeem balance across more than 2,000 partner stores, including Continente, Galp, Wells, MO, Meu Super, Zippy, Bagga, Note!, Go Natural, Zu, Pizza Hut, Pans & Company, KFC, O’Kilo, Pasta Caffé, Taco Bell, Miit and Sol. It gives you access to benefits across all these brands, which you can use within one year from your last transaction (unless otherwise stated).
